Chrysanthemum has long been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for eye problems, headaches and dizziness. It cools painful, dry and swollen eyes and can be used for excessive tearing, seeing spots or blurry vision. It is a good source of lutein, the anti-inflammatory carotenoid. Chrysanthemum can also be used for mild hypertension with dizziness and headaches. |
