California Poppy is a common West coast wildflower. It is a useful sedative, anxiolytic, and antispasmodic indicated for insomnia, nervous headache, adult ADHD, muscle pain and sleeplessness due to pain and anxiety. It can also be helpful in formulas for gallbladder or intestinal pain, and spasmodic coughs. |
